We are Darryl and Lois — the owners of FIVE. Together we run the company and personally steer every property we manage: from the first conversation with an owner to the moment a guest turns the key. Our strength is the combination: a background as entrepreneurs in service, knowledge of property and finance, and more than ten years of familiarity with the island.
What drives us is simple: we love this work. A home that's perfectly cared for, an owner who never has to worry about a thing, a guest who leaves feeling everything was just right — that's what we do it for.
FIVE stands for the five-star level at which we treat every home, and for the five promises you can expect from us. We treat every home as if it were our own and deliberately keep a select portfolio — never quantity over quality. And yes, there are five of us too; so the name carries something personal as well.
